For over 15 years, I've helped B2B technology companies develop and implement content strategies. Creating the strategic plan is challenging — it requires collaborating with stakeholders to clarify objectives, interviewing subject matter experts, and incorporating diverse feedback into a unified vision that aligns with business goals.
